I am sorry I need to be more consistant with this post and I will work on it.
Morning: Shake (unjury chocolate, 2 squirts SF irish cream Torrani, SF Almond mil****) 160
Snack: Okios honey on the bottom 110
Lunch: beef, bean soup 1/4 cup 150
Snack: protein bar 210
Dinner: grilled shrimp and cream spinach. 200
Late: fiber bar 130
Total : 960
Exc: 60 elliptical
45 min weights legs and abs.
Early: Coffee
Breakfast: I'm thinking chicken soup - it's left over from post fill day
Lunch: Candian bacon with some reduced fat cheese and pickles a few baby carrots
Dinner: Chicken patty w/ edamane
Snack: carbmaster yogurt
Gym: Cardio 1 hr tonight

breakfast: breakstone cottage cheese 100 calorie in cinnamon apple flavor
snack: weigh****chers string cheese in colby jack
l: went to chick-fil-a got a grilled chicken sandwhich but threw the bun out... just had the lettuce, tomato, pickles, and chicken.
d: making a Filipino dish called Tinolag (some chicken vegetable soup... as per the hubby's request!)
going for a nice jog with the hubby after din din... he's starting to train and join me for my 10 miler in August!
all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!
Snack: Laughing Cow light blue cheese wedge - 35 cal.
Lunch: 3 ounce prepacked tuna, 2 laughing cow light cheese wedges, herb and garlic - 170 cal.
Dinner: TJ Turkey Meatballs, 1/4 cup ricotta cheese, 2 tbsp. Spaghetti sauce - 280 cal.
Snack: Dannon Green vanilla yogurt - 110 calories
Total: 778 cal 22.8 gm fat 59.5 gm carbs 82 gms protein
Third day back to the gym - 35 minutes on the elliptical. Still not cleared to do weights, UGH. Said I burned 492 calories.
