I am almost 3 weeks banded, and I am in my last week of mushies. We are supposed to take 20-30 minutes to finsih a meal, but I find that my food gets cold before I can finish. I have microwaved it a second time, but that's kind of a pain. Do any of you experience the same thing and have a solution? I there some kind of a a heated plate we can purchase? It's no fun eating cold food.

You can get a baby food warming plate. They are not too expensive... Enjoy!

I always take about 30 minutes to finish my food and I never really noticed that my food was cold.  Hmmm.....I will have to think about that today when I'm eating lunch.

Since we are suppose to eat our protein first, I finally learned to leave my veggies in the pot and go get them when my protein was gone.   At least I had warm veggies to eat.   I guess the cold meat or whatever doesn't really bother me much.  The baby food warming plate sounds like a good idea though.   Congrats on your surgery and on your new life beginning.
