Thank you so much for this link.  I start soft foods (mushy) this week, and I was wondering what to eat besides scrambled eggs and cottage cheese.  Shelly's page has so many great ideas!!!
One day at a time, and one meal at a time, and I WILL reach my goal!

I'll also add the totally yummy:

 Shelly's Baked Ricotta

8 oz of Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 large Egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg, seasonings together and place in a oven proof dish. Pour marinara on top and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake it in the oven @ 450 for about 20-25 minutes (best) or nuke it till hot and bubbly. I usually made it first in the oven and heated the leftovers in the microwave

Chicken works.

I am also on the soft foods.  I made italian beef the other nite in the crock pot.  I pureed the meat and it wasn't bad at all.  I also have not minded meatloaf or potroast pureed.  I have pureed chicken, ham, and tuna salad.  All of them were fine.  I was worried about the texture of the pureed meat bothering me, but these were not awful.
