Sorry I disapeared after offering to post this. My job sent me down to Chicago on business with NO warning!! So I was without internet.

Morning: Coffee protein Shake
Snack: OS Trim Stick

Lunch: ground beef, beans, and veggie mix

snack: OS Trim Stick or protein bar

Dinner: sauted shrimp with veggies and a greek yogurt sauce.



Workout: 60 min elliptical
15 min abs
30 min weight training (arms and shoulders today.)

B: Dr. Kracker w/ light laughing cow

post 5K: apple

post body pump: 1/2 scoop syntrax in 8 oz crystal light & 2 ice cubes & multi-vitamin & supplements
