I tried tons of different brands pre-op and found I liked Unjury the best.  I mix it up in the magic bullet with ice, skim milk, and sugar free torani syrups.  My fave: peanut butter syrup with the chocolate unjury.  YUM!

i am using Unjury. I think that the unjury is sickenly sweet to start with. Do the sugar free syrups have more sweetner in them?  Where do you buy the syrups?  Thanks!!

I didn't read the other posts but thought i'd let you know what I do.

I always buy vanilla flavored powder and the WalMart brand is my favorite.

I add fresh or frozen fruit.

I sometimes will add an another flavoring in a fruit protein shake (like strawberries and a chocolate sugar free syrup).

I add sugar free popsicles in whatever flavor I want at the time.

I put in one "sleeve" of the walmart brand of sugar free water flavoring for whatever flavor I want at the time.

I use sugar free Torani syrup.

I use sugar free pancake syrup.  I love the maple flavor.

I use sugar free Hershey's syrup in strawberry or chocolate or sometimes both at the same time.

I use plain old ground cinnamon with some sweet and low.

I mix my protein shakes with milk and ice....no****er.

I have a WalMart brand "bullet" mixer and turn it on til I don't hear the ice crunching up in there anymore.

And you can also put flavorings....like maple or lemon or vanilla.....in a protein shake, adding a no calorie sugar to taste.

Hope at least one of these is something you haven't heard yet.  Bottom line is, put it in the protein shake and if you like it, good.  If you don't, don't do it again.
