Almost 6 years with my band Pics of me TODAY - living and loving Life

I am currently a size 10/12 but want to be a size 7/8 i'm almost there. reading your post reminds me to pay attention to my body and be sure not to deny myself of simple pleasures that are reasonable.

 Thank you Lala, yes the good thing with the band we can always keep on working it, I will be 6 years post op soon and I will tell ya, it gets tough sometimes to stay motivated, I've decided to just do my walks a few times a week and eat what I want, I am so happy my band is still keeping my portions small this far out.

I worked my tool to the fullest in my first few years so keeping my weight down now is not so hard, every now and then I may get the drive to lose a few pounds but I am just happy to be able to get in normal clothes and eat like most skinny people eat. Keep on working your band and you will get into your size 7/8.
