Great blog with good info.  I work 12 & 1/2 hour night shifts.  7pm-7:30am.  I deal with sleep deprivation a lot and it makes this journey challenging.  I work part time and on days off I volunteer and get up at 6am, so it's tough switching around.

I don't know, I'm a really good sleeper and sleep alot but it doesn't seem to help. With what I sleep I should weigh 100 lbs.

There does come a point where you could be getting too much sleep then. Have you been evaluated for a sleep disorder? Could just be your circadian rhythms are off. Something to ask your physicican about.
