NOTHING you do surprises me anymore ---- you are "Super Woman" to me!!!!!

You are inspiring me, though -- the farthest I have run non-stop is 1/2 a mile.

I am going to challenge myself to try 1 mile non-stop by the end of this month!!!!

Awwwwwwwwww, my band sister!  You are an inspiration to me with all of your exercise minutes!

I'm going to give the mile another try in the morning with DS and DH!
DH and I walk everyday and have been doing the 30 Day Shred, so it will be fun to give the mile a try and see if we can jog it without stopping.  We have done short bursts of running with Gracie and Jack, but this will be different.  Puppies are staying home! hahaha  Jack likes to pull me, it's the tracking dog in him. He has a tracking title and I trained him as a pup to be in front on a 40 line with me at least 20 feet behind, so he would rather be in front than to heel on the left of me.

Anyway......you will have to let me know how the mile goes.  I'll be cheering you on!  It's quite a rush to try it.  ( or stupidity at my age? ) hahahaha     Actually I wasn't sore, so I guess that was good.

Have a good weekend,
Kristi

Too sweet!  I appreciate all of your support.

Gracie update for ya:
The month of April Gracie wore her bunny ears to school and now for May she's wearing either a purple headband with purple flowers on it, or like today she wore a pink headband with pink flower petals.  She's so sweet, she just leaves it on and today we were there for over 2 hours listening to the 1st grade students read to her.

Puppy hugs from Gracie and Jack!

Wow!  That's awesome!  New milestones and big ones too!
I have no doubt that you can do anything you set your mind to.  From day one your determination was clear.  Now look at you!

Good job!

Oh Lisa,
You are so sweet!  I appreciate your support on this journey.  My DS wants to "run" again in the morning and I'm going to give it a try again.  To my surprise, my DH who hasn't been running, just walking with me, said he would go with and jog at my pace ( turtle slow ) haha  We are close to the same height, so it should work.

Have a good weekend,
Kristi
