Cloud NINE Doctor Appointment

I went to get a tiny fill today and I'm ONLY 4 pounds up from last visit almost a year ago!!!
Some of you may read my posts just a quick update.. I gained 20 pounds over the holiday because I lost my dad and wallowed in food..

I have been working very hard to get this weight gain off.. I have lost 11 of those 20 pounds and I did it without a fill because I needed to work on some bad behaviors I had let creep back in. But now I need the band to help me get these remaining pounds off..

I'm estatic I can already feel my fill and I only got .2 cc
Also the doctor gave me my before photo and it was shocking I need to get this picture scanned to share.

That is wonderful for you! Congrats!

Congrats on getting back in control and working hard.  The pictures really make it real.  Sometimes I think I forget just how I did look at my highest.
