Are you drinking enough fluids? If you get dehydrated you will get nauseated. Can you describe what horrible means? Pain, gas, weakness, dizziness, etc????
Horrible...well, overly tired, nauseous, hungry, sore.I feel like I'm not getting in food with much nutritional value or all my water. I think I over did it yesterday and today was my day to pay for it. I'm trying to cut back on the pain meds, that and all I did yesterday may have been just too much. My large insision is very sore today....tomorrow is a new day so I have high hopes! Thanks y'all

Take meds for nausea and then it will be easier to get your fluids in. Resting is important and then taking short frequent walks. I promise it will get better! Hang in there and believe!

I am one of those people who hates drugs. My dr stressed walking to me ALOT. So rather than take the drugs I spent hours once they took me to my room walking around the nursing station. My nurses kept telling me I should rest but I wanted the pain in my shoulder gone and researched enough to know why it was there. So I walked. Then my second night there the nurse gave me a "****tail" with a sleeping pill and pain pill and I have no clue what else but it knocked me out for like 12 straight hours.
I had a very hard time with jus****er once I went home. So I drank a ton of crystal light and suck on sugar free popcycles. I had cancer when I was 17 and everytime I went for chemo they would give me popcycles so whenever I felt "icky" I sucked on a SF popcycle and walked. I can't tell you its a cure-all for you but it made me feel much better. Sorry you don't feel well...it will get better :)
