L    - Shelley's Ricotta Bake
S    - Soy Chips & Salsa (had to celebrate Cinco de Mayo)
D    - Shelley's Zucchini pesto pie
         Meatballs w/ tomato sauce

B:  GNC Amp protein shake w/2 strawberries, 6 ounces of fat free milk

L:  3 Trader Joe turkey meatballs with marinara sauce

S:  Dannon Green Vanilla yogurt w 1/4 cup of frozen mixed berries

D:  not sure yet, probably 4 oz of salmon.

B: Dr. Kracker & laughing cow

S:  1/2 scoop syntrax nectar in crystal light

L: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup egg white, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 mushrooms, 2 T onion, 4 yellow cherry tomatoes, 1 oz beef skirt steak all scrambled together and 2 jimmy dean turkey sausage links.

S:  not sure

D: was going to make Asian Glazed Chicken thighs, but I think I'm going to wimp out and let everyone have leftovers.

S: unsure.

Exercise:

21minutes walking (3.5mph) 90seconds alternating with running (5.5mph) 2 minutes.  includes 3min warmup & 5 min cool down.  (did this x2 for 42 minutes total)
30 minutes Pilates
45 minutes Step
Considering going back for 45 minutes of RPM (aka Spin)

Thanks, but sitting here fighting the desire to eat something crunchy...  saltines come to mind.  :(  I think they put crack in those crackers.. LOL

I probably won't go to RPM in 45 minutes.. I should rest my legs today.  i've already done a fair amount of aerobics today and I have a 5K on Saturday... my legs need to rest some.  Can't do weights cuz I did them yesterday and will again tomorrow.  So I just gotta tough it out the best I can.

Usually exercise is my rescue ... if I exercise enough, I can eat a little more.  But not today.

Very busy day so it's an eat out day!

Early:       Coffee/lite creamer
Breakfast:  1/2 subway flat bread breakfast sandwich
Snack:      protein bar
Lunch:      grilled chicken salad with rasberry vinagarette (2 bites of cake)
Snack:      1/2 protein bar
      Zumba
Dinner:      Chinease take-out
Snack:       1/2 protein bar

S: 1 wedge laughing cow cheese & 4 crackers
L:  1 3-ounce can of tuna with lowfat mayo
D: 1/2 of grilled mushroom and swiss hamburger patti and green beans
Will have one more snack, maybe jello or pudding
