What are we eating Thursday?
Coffee
B: Dr. Kracker & laughing cow
S: 1/2 scoop syntrax nectar in crystal light
L: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup egg white, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 mushrooms, 2 T onion, 4 yellow cherry tomatoes, 1 oz beef skirt steak all scrambled together and 2 jimmy dean turkey sausage links.
S: not sure
D: was going to make Asian Glazed Chicken thighs, but I think I'm going to wimp out and let everyone have leftovers.
S: unsure.
Exercise:
21minutes walking (3.5mph) 90seconds alternating with running (5.5mph) 2 minutes. includes 3min warmup & 5 min cool down. (did this x2 for 42 minutes total)
30 minutes Pilates
45 minutes Step
Considering going back for 45 minutes of RPM (aka Spin)

Thanks, but sitting here fighting the desire to eat something crunchy... saltines come to mind. :( I think they put crack in those crackers.. LOL
I probably won't go to RPM in 45 minutes.. I should rest my legs today. i've already done a fair amount of aerobics today and I have a 5K on Saturday... my legs need to rest some. Can't do weights cuz I did them yesterday and will again tomorrow. So I just gotta tough it out the best I can.
Usually exercise is my rescue ... if I exercise enough, I can eat a little more. But not today.
