Failed Banded Chick!

Some people are just too sensitive for the band to work and they can't get a good restriction level and end up having to revise. Gosh if your insurance will cover a sleeve go for it. There are alot of bandsters that have revised to the sleeve and love it because it works the way the band is supposed to but usually doesn't. The band is an iffy WLS either it works great or not at all. Don't give up yet and you surely aren't a failure! Keep working with your surgeon and if you can go with the sleeve I bet you'll be very happy with it!

You poor things, that SUCKS!!!!  If you can get the Sleeve, I would GO for it.  I"ve read a lot of great things about it.  Good luck and we're here for you!
