I am doing well, jut very sore, haven't been hungery at all yet, I have been trying to get the 64 ozs of liquids in, that is very hard to do.  What should I expect over the next couple of weeks? How long before the soreness goes away?

I'm 8 days post-surgery, and I agree. It's hard to get in all the protein. I've decided that I HAVE to drink protein between "meals" to get it in.
One day at a time, and one meal at a time, and I WILL reach my goal!

Glad you are well. I had a different procedure, but anyone who has any wls goes through this. Make sure to sip your fluids throughout the day and walk a bit. The pain will be gone before you know it.

For me, the more I walked, the less sore I got.  In the beginning, it was just 10 minutes then rest, several times a day.  I increased as I was able.  Good Luck on your journey!

Thank you.. sounds like a good idea, I will try that, Due to lupus I can only exercise 20-30 minutes a day I hope that as time goes by that time increases...... I am so ready for this journey!!!
