Breakfast: Kashi Cereal w/a few strawberries
Lunch: Taco salad WOULDNT GO DOWN :( i THINK THE LEAFTY GREENS WHERE TO FIBEROUS AND DIDN'T GO DOWN.. SO PURE PROTEIN BAR INSTEAD A MINI PACK OF M&M'S
Dinner: Ground Sirlon taco seasoned over rice w/veggies
Snack: Fruit
After Dinner Snack maybe - sugar free tapioca
Gym tonight - 60 min cardio and some leg exercise

Breakfast turkey sausage and scrambled eggs
Lunch chicken breast with melted baby swiss cheese over it . I dont feel like anything else so will eat a good cup of that .
Dinner bowling tonight so going to have a chicken breast with mushrooms, green peppers, onions with side salad
Snack chobani greek yogurt with pineapple in it
Did Curves with zumba today for my exercise and bowling tonight

GYM - 40 minutes cardio, 35 minutes arms/back/shoulders
