I am going to take a break from this forum for a bit.

I am heading to Jamaica where 11 of my family and friends are meeting me to celebrate my 50th Birthday.

You only turn 50 once and I am going to have the time of my life for seven glorious days....I am praying that Babylapband takes a vacation as well and let me act a fool. Everything is inclusive, so I am planning on just acting a pure fool, if I gain weight, I am not going to mourn the fact, wont go near a scale until I get back, however I did buckle down and lost me 5 pounds just so I know me and I didn't want guilt to ruin my good times. I am so excited.......take care everyone and I will see you when I return.

I had a BLAST in Las Vegas on MY 50th, so you make sure to have lots of fun!

One of the things I did was to buy a really yummy birthday cake that I knew I wouldn't eat more than half a slice of -then I handed the rest of it out to strangers. It was soooo much fun!

Thank you Bette, but do I really have to give it (the cake) to strangers, lol, I really want to be greedy. I am laughing because the greed will be in my head, I can talk a good game but I know I am at good place where I wont, but in my mind, I will tear up some food. The important thing is that my family is going to be there with me. My birthday was 28th April, I took the train to SC where i met my mom and sister for an intimate dinner (could not have my mom seeing me act up, even at 50 she can still give me that look)
