It was just as beautiful on the East Coast this weekend! I was able to get out and take care of my gardens and did some heavy duty shopping with my boyfriend.
B: GNC Amp 60 chocolate protein with 6 ounces of fat free milk and 2 large strawberries
S: Laughing Cow light cheese wedge, tablespoon of natural peanut butter
L: 3 ounces tuna, 2 laughing cow light cheese wedges
D: Pork Fajita innards - 3 oz pork, 1/2 of an avocado, red and orange pepper slices
I am really full right now from that!
My daily totals are:
808 calories 45 gms of fat (that avocado killed me) 35.5 grams of carbs 75 grams of protein
I also worked out this morning, first day back to the gym!!!! burned only 200 calories after spending 30 minutes on the elliptical. Wasn't much but I'll take it!

Ooooohhhhh...I love me some "heavy duty shopping!" Sounds like fun girl! Great day of eating too...lots of protein today and low carbs (just my style). Don't ever worry about that avocado though...it's good fat (like, really good!). A SUPERFOOD actually and one of my staples in my diet. Fajitas sound yummy too. Might have to do that tomorrow night for dinner!
Your whole day sounds so yummy!!!
I had my protein shake (Calorie Countdown chocolate milk and a scoop of Body Fortress Protein powder and blended with ice)
Snack, 15 Wheat Thins and 2 light Laughing Cow wedges.
Lunch, 1/2 cup homemade chili with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese
After work, went to the gym and at lunch, I walked 3.5 miles
Dinner, 2 oz of country pork ribs and green beans

Hi Melly!!! Okay now I feel guilty for not exercising today (or yesterday)! Tomorrow I will double up and be gymtastic. LOL
Well done today! I always keep homemade chili portiioned out in the freezer - just trying to find a way to keep my son out of it is the problem in my house. That 12 year old is an eating MACHINE these days. I hate it when he eats my "special" little stuff. hahaaa
