drinking water and why....

That really makes sense Tiff!  I manage to get more than the required 64 oz of water in per day but this drives home how importan****er can be with any WLS.  Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Tiff...we all can use the reminder as to WHY we are doing all of these things per protocol. :)  I remember right after my revision, I was drinking SO much fresh-brewed iced tea to get my water in and was totally cracked out every night not being able to fall asleep at all... and was not making the correlation between that and the massive amounts of caffeine I was consuming (about a GALLON of tea a day!).   Um yeah, I since switched to decaf...tastes the same and I'm not climbing the damn walls every night!  lmao  Nothing is worse than not being able to fall asleep!

I love it... I'm a big mocha drinker. I put myself through school as a part time barista and used to drink my mocha before bed. Go figure. These days I don't drink caffeine past about 7 pm unless is a ****tail night. Cause after a 2 drinks, it's espresso or pass out. Those options are limiting when you are out on the town.

Have you tried the knockoff versions of Crystal light ? Like Walmart's Great Value.  It's the exact same thing but heck of a lot cheaper !!

Now I mentioned in another post that usually I do not like the taste of these but my son likes them and I would rather he drink these by the boatload then soda.

I bought some Great Value at Walmart called Cherry Limeade and boy oh boy do I really really like this one its great !! 

I ended up drinking three glasses last night while watching TV lol. this is one for sure I will be making pitchers off when we go camping instead of the cooler of Pepsi *which I do miss sometimes lol * 

FYI--I really like the Walmart Cherry-Limeade too.  Watch out when you go to the bathroom though... everything turns red.  Just to warn you. I was shocked the first time I saw bright red poop!   I think it has something to do with the dye they use.
