How do I update my profile

I wanted to add my surgery date and change my surgeon his partner is doing my surgery and Dr. Reich is assisting. When I made the profile I clicked on his name when I went to the office I met with his partner who has actually done more surgeries. I just want to have the right info up. Thanks!

Go to your profile page and click on My Journey...

Click on the Wrench and you should be able to edit your information!
