Thanks.   Has taken me a little more than 2 years.. but hey, I'm not complaining.  :)

I understand being frustrated that the scale isn't moving.  When my weight loss slowed quite a bit last year (compared to the fast rate I lost at in the begining) I started taking monthly measurements.  That helped cause even if the scale didn't move, I could see the measurements changing.. and it a good way.  :)

If you're only 24lbs from goal, you're doing fantastic.  Hang in there!

Dr. Simpson (a bariatric surgeon) has an article online about losing the last 30 lbs.  I reread it every now and then for reinforcement.

Thanks for the support. I am just tired of feeling like everything I am doing is for nothing if the scale does not move. I has the surgery to feel better and I feel GREAT! To me the surgery was a success.
