I lost my bandster way, but I've found the path again.

I was thinking about you this morning so I logged in- glad to see this update and glad that you are taking back control.

I haven't had any gains- but for 6 months I've not had a loss either- my restriction is good, my calorie intake is controlled and I work out at jazzercise burning 1000+ calories in an hour 2-3 times per week with other moderate activity on "off days"- talk about frustrating, I've never been this behaved and I still have a lot of fat to lose- I've met with nutritionists and my doctors, got tested for thyroid issues.... other than a D deficiency- there's nothing wrong with me.

But I'm not giving up- I'm working to tweak things- focusing more on what I eat and how I eat- controling my workouts- trying to spend more time in the "zone" at a lower heart rate to see if that makes a difference, making sure that I shake things up, don't let anything like food or calories or workouts become too routine to try and shock my body into letting go of fat!  While the scale hasn't moved, I have come down in a size so I know some changes are occuring- but still- the scale needs to catch up because it's driving me a bit batty.

Food/weight will always present an issue for me, I accept that.  My body just seems to love carrying around extra fat- my brain- not so much.  We can do this, with a little help from our band and our friends...

It is wonderful to hear from you. There are a few of us "old timers" from around 2008 that I'd lost track of. I'm glad to hear you are still being diligent. Even thought he body is not behaving. I know all too well how frustrating that is. I think that was half the reason I had become too lack in my diligence. I wasn't losing so I used it as an excuse to let everything go to hell. DON"T DO WHAT I DID!!!!  I'm dead serious. I'll kick your shrinking ass.

I hope everything else in your world is going well. Stay in touch.
