OT Chicago
At conference. I have climbed more stairs using the el, than in the past year, hell, maybe 3 years. I love it. What a great work-out, and I don't get out of breath. As for food, I made a salad for room=mates which they loved, split my tiramasu cake with person sitting next to me. Ate one egg foo yong pattie, and brought the rest home. Packed south beach bars and low fat peanut butter crackers for snacks. and am walking miles everyday. This is a great walking city. Plan on weighing less when I get home.
