Are you thinking of papya enzyme? My doctor's office said to sip on pineapple juice just warm out of the can. I have had several people tell me that ir really helps. Hope you feel better soon.

Try flapping your arms like you're doing the chicken dance... seriously, no joke.
If that doesn't work, getchu some papaya enzymes or if it's meat that's stuck, you could try tenderizer. It tastes kinda awful, though.

Feel better!

I would usually put my right arm up above my head and lean to the left.  For some reason it was always the left.

Thanks you guys, I went and got some papaya enzymes AND some pineapple juice and I already feel better. I now know I cannot eat link sausage. Whew that was scary! Funny how I'm 2 yrs out and STILL learning.

It changes so much that you may ALWAYS be learning.  What I could eat at year one with 1cc of fill is NOT the same as year 3.  I remember being able to eat chicken breast early on if it had a little mayo, towards the end of the band even dark chicken meat with mayo was a problem.

I ran out and bought the pills last week before I went out for Easter dinner with my family..Guess what...they didn't help me at all...I had 2 bites of leg of lamb and it was all over from there..I popped 1 then 2 pills chewed them and wanted nothing..I waited for awhile and then had to run to bathroom and up came my dinner...My married children were like saying you better have that thing removed..all they do is watch when I eat...they make me so angrey..tommorrow another party with entire family and they will be watching how much I eat and what I have...what can I say to them....

I know exactly how you feel.  For the past year my partner has been seeing how I have had to eat with my band and I know that each meal was so much judgement on the band from him and friends.  You are still learning what you can and can't eat with the band so take it a bit slow, it may change as well.   If you are vomiting on well chewed proteins then you may need to consider less restriction.

In my experience it is always better to side with less restriction when in doubt because over restriction can cause things to get worse.
