This is not really a weight-loss challenge per se but rather an exercise challenge. The idea is to "pledge" a goal number of minutes to exercise over the 6-week period from 5/2 to 6/12. Then each week I ask people to report how many minutes of exercise they did, and post updates to the table showing how everyone is doing against their original goal.
