Well.... my av. is from lets see... January... and the before pics are on my profile, help yourself...

BUT.... don't let my successes or failures or that of anyone elses be your deciding factor on what is right for you..... YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT FITS YOU..... Granted I love my band...but you need to weigh out your options, some have other things and do just as well as any of us here have done.. make sure that when you are done looking at all the new hotties and well...hearing the negative things that I have no doubt will sprout up as well....remember one thing if you remember nothing else....

THIS CHOICE IS ABOUT YOU AND WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU AND YOUR GOALS!
You are the one that will be living with your choices and making the changes based on those choices.

I had a BMI of 54...now it's 33

Here are my before and after pictures!!!

My heaviest weight 354lbs...now 211lbs
I lost 52 inches...more than 4 feet
I was a size 30/32...now a size 16

I still have about 50 lbs to lose.

type "photo parade" into the search box and look for the most recent one that has lapband in the address...it will bring up several but usually the first one is the most recent.
