what the heck.. I'm gone from OH for a few days and of course the drama went down.

I was very disappointed to see posts yesterday to someone who needs help to get back on the wagon or what not and be told simply your band doesn't work. Its shameful!!

To be honest I continue to post to inspire others and I know when I was a newbie you, Lisa O, Jean inspired me very much .. I'm lucky to have met a great group of friends that I mostly communicate with on Facebook..

You are AWESOME!! You tell it like it is... I am fairly new to OH and am inspired by the expertise of you and other experienced bandsters. However... I did get a couple PM from people that said they didn't think the band was for me because my BMI is quite high. It was very discouraging... I have thought about and researched my decision for a long time and their messages were making me doubt my decision.  >>>>BUT
