This is my process to get back on track:
--Pull out the fat photos, read all posts on OH to get my mind back into the band mode.
--Start analyzing what I am eating and how I am exercising
--Based on your analysis, make tweaks... little changes to the parts of the diet that you feel need improvement.

Have you tried the Univ of WI at Madison, they have a bariatric department in the hospital, Many of my friends go there.
I live in theRockford Area and their are at least 2 doctors that I know of here in the area that have taken patients, its a lot closer then Chicago.
