"PP" problems - dehydration

I can't quite figure out why... but I suspect it's the antibiotics I am taking for my skin....

I am going to the bathroom about 3 times an hour... and not a little, but a normal amount.

It's driving me crazy... I thought something was wrong but I now suspect it's my medicine.

I worry about dehydration, so I am trying my best to get in more water while I am taking these meds. I have to take them for another 2-3 months. I'm not exactly 'friends' with water... but I am making zero-calorie juices and such to get the water in.

Be careful with dehydration, I ended up fainting in the grocery store, once from it. Ended up in the hospital. Did you look up the side effects of your med's? Maybe it is just as first? I hope for you, that it is. Are you still in Korea? And if so, are you having to pee, squatting over those holes in the public bathrooms. LOL You'll get strong legs doing that 3 times every hour. Good luck, I hope it gets better.

lmao Mari that just caught me as a funny about squatting to pee and getting stronger legs

Sorry Elena I was not trying to make light of your situation that just caught me off guard needed a good laugh on these boards today lol.

Maybe once your body gets use to them you wont be going to the bathroom as much ?  Just be careful and if you start having problems I would go and see your doc about it though.  Like Mari said dehydration is nothing to mess around with .

Yeah, when we lived in Okinawa (and visited Korea) they had toilet seats on the floor that you just had to squat over. Plus they were co-ed. I was always glad the only thing I had to do in them was "pee". LOL

At least in Korea, there's a porcelain pan to pee on. I've been to other places in Asia where it was just a hole in the ground. And of course, it's always BYOTP.

Somewhere I have a photo of the most disgusting toilet in southern China that I had to use whenever I visited this one wicker vendor...the other people who used it clearly had a problem with their aim...and no one ever thought to hose the thing down...

Hey Cat.. it's called Metronidazol. Funny thing is that I checked for symptoms online and in the list it said, "Increased or Decreased Urination." LOL Okay... which one is it? LOL :)
