Coffee with sugar free creamer
B low carb yogurt with 1/2 cup pumpkin flax
S 10 wasabi almonds cheese stick
L hamburger patty with cheese and pickles
D chili
Lapband - Jan 2009 weight goal reached with lapband. Revised to VSG- 1/25/16
Early: coffee with vanilla coconut milk
1/2 protein bar just before my 2 mile walk
Breakfast: 2 soft cooked eggs, 1 turkey sausage, sprinkle cheese
30 minutes of Curves Zumba (half a protein bar 15 minutes before)
Lunch: Homemade chicken vegetable soup
Dinner: Talapia with salsa, mashed potatoes, baby carrots with ranch
Snack: Activia Yogurt
Decaf Coffee with vanilla coconut milk

Early (I know, I'm boring lol): 1.5 scoops BSN Lean Desserts Protein Shake - Chocolate Fudge Pudding flavor, 3/4c Unsweetened Almond Milk, 2T PB2, 1T Fiber Sprinkles
B: 2 egg whites scrambled with 1T feta & 1T black olives, 2T tzatziki sauce
S: 1/2 an avocado, 2T sprinkle of shredded cheddar, drizzle of balsamic
L: 1c spinach salad with 2T feta & 1T cucumbers, 2T LF Balsamic Dressing
S: 5 White Cheddar Soy Crisps, 2T tzatziki sauce made with 0% greek yogurt
D: 3 oz Blackened Mahi-Mahi, 2T mashed avocado, 1T salsa, 1T white sauce
Dessert: 4 strawberries with 2T ricotta cheese sweetened with Splenda
