What I'm Eating Today: Tuesday
Share today's menu with us! Everyone can join in, no matter what phase of eating you're in - liquids, mushies, solids, etc.
Breakfast: Coffee w/ fat free hazlenut creamer, fat free cottage cheese w/ pineapple
Lunch: Turkey Chili w/ low fat cheddar
Dinner: I think I'll have some more of my husband's chili - he made a VAT of it over the weekend and it's so darn good!!!
By the way, I won't be around much for the rest of the week. We're headed down to Virginia for my husband's best friend's wedding tomorrow. Someone, feel free to start this thread if you think of it! I will pick it up again when I get back next Tuesday...thanks!

6am Coffee with a shot of expresso added, 2tbsp f/f half/half, s/f chocolate torani and vitamins
8am Dr Kracker organic pumpkin seed artisan cracker w 1 wedge light laughing cow cheese.
11am 1/2 scoop syntrax pink grapefruit in 8oz of crystal light pink lemonade
2pm 1 asian glazed chicken thigh (4oz) and green beans (4oz)
not sure what I will have the rest of the day.. I break the rules and don't plan my meals out ahead of time. :(
I have turkey patties in the fridge that need to be cooked, so I will probably cook those and have either green beans or roasted asparagus (both veggies leftover from Sunday) with one turkey patty for supper.
snack if needed could be string cheese or apple or both together, or 4oz container of low fat cottage cheese or popchips or maybe some strawberries....depends on what appeals AND is healthy.

Dinner small salad with a chicken breast with cheese, green peppers, onions and mushrooms
Did 30 mins of curves today and bowling tonight
Snack cheese and a few peanuts after bowling or maybe a yogurt since my carbs are low today

it's staff appreciation week at my firm, so we got treated with a big ol' breakfast!
b: cheese omelet, sausage and small biscuit with gravy (it's admin week, I deserve it! LOL)
l: 4 oz smoked chicken breast (from our smoker - it was sooo yummy!!) and 1 cup of edamame
s: dark chocolate acai berries (for my sanity)
d: crock pot roast beef and carrots
Exercise @ lunch: 30 minutes of walking outside
Exercise @ 6 pm: 1 hr water aerobics

L - sushi w/salmon, avocado, brown rice w/low sodium soy sauce
D - Chinese Food (having ppl over tonight)
- will probably have shrimp w/mixed vegetables (sauce on the side)
