STARTING WEIGHT BEFORE 750 CAL 276
ENDING WEIGHT AS OF THIS MORNING 191
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS SO FAR 85 LBS
CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX THAT ON MY STAT BOX FOR BEGINNING WEIGHT, BUT LAST DOC APPT HE STATED BEFORE PRE OP DIET WAS 276....
I HAVE ALOT MORE TO GO.. BUT I THINK THIS IS A GREAT START... I MADE IT YEAR I AM SO EXCITED ITS BEEN CRAZY AND I HAD STRUGGLES AND CHALLENGES BUT LOOK AT THE REWARD... CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT NEXT YEARS SAYS..

What works for me suzy is I hardly ever eat more than a 1/2 cup no matter what. I eat my food very slowley, and i make healthy choices and i work out 3-5 times a week. I go out dancing with my friends also on one of my days off usually. I do not say no to foods i want, i just dont eat them all the time and i eat them in the right proportions.. I wasent losing weight strict on a diet that didnt work for me.
weight measure my food yes- never more than a cup ever
exercise- I do 15-30 of cardio on eleptical- then i do weights (upper or lower) i switch days- and I do 3 sets of 15, my last set i up my weight
I do a 100 situps on yoga ball and 50 cross situps
then 2 or 3 days all do some more cardio after
