Hi there ,

I saw you said you liked smores with your kids. Here is a healthier receipe for smores if you would like to try this one .

I havent tried it yet Im not a big smores eater but maybe one time a summer

1 flatout light flatbread

1 tbs of sugar free hot fudge topping

1 1/2 tsp of marshmellow topping

8 honey maid graham sticks

3 tsp mini marshmallows

Spread   hot fudge over the flatout bread . Drizzle marshmallow topping over hot fudge , on one rounded end of flatout  layer graham sticks and mini marshmallows.  Roll, cut and enjoy !!

Fat   6.75

fiber  10

Carbs Im not sure how much I do know that one slice of the flatbout bread has 16 carbs in it

Thanks! I am so excited about the surgery but every once in a while I think I may never be able to eat this again (mostly sticky things taht I think could cause a blockage).  The mini marshmellows would be okay if I chew well next summer. This summer will be liquids and mushies.
