I'm not an expert with pictures on the computer, but here is my "Before" and current picture.

Wow, you look amazing.  You look like the same person, which isn't always true for everyone, but you look like 1/2 of that person!!!  Way to go, you are an inspiration for us beginning banders!

Sorry, I accidently deleted my first compliment to ya. I would like to say you look great! I can't wait to get to where your at. Now, I have a question for you. Your before pic look like me now I have the same size thighs and everything. What kind of exercise did you do for your thighs to get them so slim? I'll take any advise.

Walking and walking and walking!  For the first 16 months, that is the only exercise I did.  I added doing the 30 day Shred last Fall and now I've also added doing the Couch to 5K program.  My legs will always be bigger than I like, but it's way better than before.  Good luck to you!

Wowza!

Where did your thighs go?  Yours is an amazing transformation!  Way-to-go, dear friend!

Thanks Lisa!  I can say, I'm thankful for capri's because I will never, ever wear shorts in public.  I had loose skin before I lost weight, and believe me, I have some disgusting looking, saggy skin.  ( My mother has always been thin and her skin is saggy and wrinkly and baggy )  Being a nurse, I have seen some scary looking bodies and I can say my legs are the most disgusting.  But since I wear clothes, all is great! hahahahaha

I know how you feel  I wear this camisole made by "Yummy Tummy" everyday to hold in my muffin top and stomach.  It really makes a big difference on how my clothes fit and smoothes out the unsightly bulges.

Come on out to Seattle and we can get PS together!  It would be fun to have someone to recuperate with.  I just need to decide that it's worth it to spend the $$!
