I've gained back 24 lbs....

I'm so sorry to hear about the house.  I know you must be disappointed, but you'll find another when the time is right.

About the 24 lbs?  I gained 20 from my lowest over the holidays and have taken all but 4 lbs back off.  It happens.  We are all addicts and while we can learn and change, the addiction will always be there.  Admitting this is half the battle.  But we can keep learning and move forward.  We can adopt healthy lifestyles and even change our eating habits.  We can!

Get your fills, (always the #1 priority for us), and you'll drop the weight.  I know you will.  AND keep coming here. We all need to share our experiences so we can learn from one another and give the support we get.

Looking forward to seeing you in July!

Thanks Lisa!  Your advice as usual is spot on.  I can't expect my tool to work if I'm not using it to its capacity. Fill is scheduled. They called a bit ago and they are going to do a full yearly exam and blood work too. It's time....

I would climb back in the corner and lick my wounds, but it's just not my style. I have to share my struggles so others can learn from my mis-steps. As always this is not an easy journey but it's mine. I promise I'll keep coming back but I don't have nearly as much time as I used to.

I am also looking forward to July. My goal is to be down this weight by the time I see you again. Wish me luck!

Thanks girl!

If you see me on FB in the afternoon or evening, please call me out. Tell me to go for a walk and then In 20 minutes I can chat. Feel free to badger me about my water intake.

If you were closer, I'd even provide you with a 2x4 to beat me upside the noggin.
I need so much help.

Hang in there. I have had the same problem  +12 lbs here I had an unfill about 2 months ago due to a sever sinus infection that caused my band to get extremely tight . But I am getting back on track made my appt for a fill may 9th. The great thing about the band we can always start again one step at a time...(((Hugs))))

Okay sweetie, just saw this! First, let me say that you are not the only one. I've gained about 8lbs back and you know how much I exercise. Mindless eating is the devil. And Easter jellybeans and chocolate. But it is a new day! Jac, Lis & I will make you an honerary member of the Banded *****es. You can be part of our accountability team & we will check in and make sure you are staying on plan!

I'm so sorry about the house. I know you are bummed out about it, but just look at it this way, a better house is coming down the line that will be just perfect for you and Jeremy!

Luv ya,
Pam

Thanks Pam!  I decided that I'm going to go back and read some of my old blog postings. I need to figure out what I was eating/drinking back then. I know I was walking considerably more than I am now. Thats a big part of this charade.

I have a feeling I need to ween myself of the mochas again. God I just don't want to do that.... I love my mochas but I need to get back on the crystal lite. A necessary evil to get in my daily water.  UGH!!!!!   Why can't this be easier?
