Liquid/Children's Tylenol??

So, I'm now 4 days Post Op and I've stopped taking the Hydrocodone the Dr. prescribed for me Post Op... I've heard us bandsters should take liquid Tylenol... does this mean the children's version? or is there and adult liquid tylenol? And if it does mean Children's then what dosage should we take? Certainly not the same as a child seeing as though they dose by weight...

Help a newbie out guys! :)

I take Tylenol Blast.  It's liquid  Adult Strength, Tylenol and it's extra strength.  I've read that people are having difficulty in some areas finding any, but in Iowa I can find it at HyVee Pharamacy.  I've read that some people are using Jr. strength chewables, so that might be an option.  Good luck!

Hi!!! Im glad you are recovering great. I have been preparing for hubby to have his surgery Wed. I found the the Tylenol Blast a Walmart and CVS. But that was after I had ordered 6 bottles from Amazon.com...LMAO!!!

 You may have trouble finding the liquid because it was recalled at the end of 2010.

I did the Liquid Adult Extra Strength Tylenol

There was a recall of Tylenol products earlier this year, so it can be hard to find.

I am able to buy the CVS or Walgreens brand of liquid Acetaminophen (500 mg per teaspoon).
The adult does on the bottle is 2 tsps every 4 - 6 hours.

 Thanks everyone! I went to Walmart last night and saw the Jr Chewables, but I'd rather the liquid. I'm going to go to Walgreens today and look for the liquid tylenol there.  I'm think I'm healing well and I feel almost normal. I'm still a little sore in the abdomen area, but my bowels are moving and I'm geting in my liquids so I feel pretty normal. Thanks for everyones well wishes, I do feel blessed!
