Sparkling Water?

 Can one drink sparkling water after Lap-Band Surgery?

 I wouldnt recommend it. Of course its a personal choice and a sip or two taken slowly might be ok once in a while but I think it would inflat and stretch the pouch. Just my two cents :)  Good luck!

I have a soda stream, you can adjust the amount of carbonation

With my Dr he said I can have seltzer water or any of the caffeine and sugar free pops as long as they are clear and decarbonated.   Like 7-up, sprite, etc.

I was told that I wasn't supposed to have any carbonated beverages..  So I cut out soda, sparkling water, etc...

Me too - Doc said no carbonated beverages at all so I cut them out completely
