I was out living life, camping this weekend and realized it was my 3rd Anniversary since surgery. Thanks to my Lap Band, life is much better now.

Being out in nature sounds like a great way to celebrate to me. Congratulations on a great job to date. It's amazing how defined your neck is now. it could be the picture angle, but I don't think so. Your posture is better, your shoulders sit lower. You look great!!!
