Smart Phone App?

Post op here.  Still fat though.

A friend of mine lost a lot of weight charting his food via a smart phone app.  I guess all he had to do was input the food and it did everything else.  Does anyone have something like this?  Which app?  Thanks!

I just bought the mynetdiary app for my HTC Evo from the market place.


I put in weight/height/target weight/date I want to hit target.

I was able to put in won ton soup and it prepoulated a list of places and soups for me to choose from.

Yup!  I use myfitnesspal.com.  Just do a search in your app store for it and it will pop up.  It's a free download and takes about 3 minutes to set up your account. IT IS AMAZING.  Once the account is set up, you can also access it to log food on your regular computer.  Once you input a food for a particular meal, it will remember the foods in a database for easier access next time so you don;t have to keep searching for the same foods over and over.  Also, it has a barcode scanner so you can scan in what you are eating/drinking and just tell it how many servings you had.  Its a no-brainer.  You'll love it!
