Early: 1.5 scoops BSN Lean Desserts Protein Shake - Chocolate Fudge Pudding flavor, 3/4c Unsweetened Almond Milk, 2T PB@, 1T Fiber Sprinkles
B: 1 egg scrambled with feta & spinach, 1/2 small banana
S: 1/2 an avocado, sprinkle of shredded cheddar, drizzle of balsamic
L: 1c antipasto salad, 2T LF Italian dressing
S: 10 BBQ soy crisps, 2T tzatziki sauce made with 0% greek yogurt
D: Egg Drop Soup - 1.5c low-sodium chicken broth, 1 egg, splash of soy sauce
Dessert: 4 strawberries with 2T ricotta cheese sweetened with Splenda

B: Dr. Kracker Pumpkin Seed Organic Artisan Cracker with light laughing cow cheese wedge
S 1/2 scoop Syntrax Pink Grapefruit mixed with Powerade Zero
L. 3 fried oysters, 2 fried shrimp. About 2 cups tossed salad and 2 or 3oz Grilled Salmon
(went out to eat.. I don't usually do fried)
S. 1 deviled egg, a few snowpeas (from our garden)
D. 3oz Asian Glazed Chicken, 1/2 cup broccoli
S. 1/2 cup shelled snowpeas, 1/2 zone perfect chocolate mint bar
The asian glazed chicken was VERY tender..falling off the bone so. Here's the recipe:

I changed the sugar to splenda, and used thighs. worked great.

Had a weird day today. Out shopping for most of it so eating was interesting.
B: GNC Amp chocolate protein shake, 1 strawberry, 5 ounces skim milk
L: Cracker Barrel! - 3 ounces grilled halibut, green beans
S: 1 tbsp. almost peanut butter from Trade Joes. 50 calories per tablespoon!! tastes...well...different!
D: The rest of the haibut from lunch 3 ounces, green beans
S: 1 light laughing cow cheese wedge.
I did get in 80 grams of protein but my calories were like 600.
