Lapband guidelines

Anyone else get the e-mail about new Lapband guidelines?

30 lbs to loose and a BMI of 30 with a co-morbity, you can get the band.  Crazy.

tmal...I did...I got the same one...I almost fell off my chair hearing they approved it for people that low.  I mean I"m glad they can get help, but I guess I didn't think that was "overweight"?  To each is own I guess!!
