Any lapbanders out there using fitbit?

I ordered mind yesterday and am so excited to get it. I wanted a good pedometer, and this site was amazing.

It was really well organized and the product seems just what I need. I would love to hear about anyones experience who also has the lapband!

I don't have one yet...but I really want one!!!  I can't wait.  If I didn't have to buy so much clothes (because my old stuff is too big...yeah!!!) I would have the extra money.  I have heard great things about it.  Also I think you can buy them at Best Buy or Target.

On the fitbit do you have to go in like with other pedometers and set your pace for it to measure accurately?  I have a hard time with that because you are supposed to "walk a certain distance" to see how many steps you take to input into your pedometer, but when you "have to" do something like that I find you don't usually walk the same pace/step/stride as you would when you are "really" walking?!?  I bookmarked the page - it looks pretty cool!
