NSV

This might sound a little crazy, but........I was at Wal Mart the other day and decided to check my bloodpressure at the pharmacy. I couldn't tell you how many years it has been since I have been able to fit my arm down into the cuff to check it the right way. I would always have to check it below my elbow because my arm was just too big. Well, since I have lost over 40 lbs and it looked like I had lost weight in my arm, I thought I would try. I slide my arm down in the cuff and IT WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP OF MY ARM!!!!!! I couldnt believe it!!!!!! The little NSV's are actually big deals!!!!!  I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!

wow it's the little things .. I thinking losing my double chin made me more happy than losing a dress size.. LOL

I agree with both of you... my two favorites is my husband saying " oh wait we don't need a table anymore, we want a booth!!"  and when I was crossing my legs, he said "been married 15 years and I never seen you do that! "  Little things, but they mean alot to me!!
