What I'm Eating Today - Tuesday!

Share today's menu with us! Everyone can join in, no matter what phase of eating you're in - liquids, mushies, solids, etc.


I am fighting something...I've had a terrible sore throat for the past 2 days, so my menu is pretty boring. Not only does it hurt to swallow, but I have almost no appetite. 

Breakfast: Coffee, 1/2 protein shake w/ banana

Lunch: 
Homemade tomato soup

Snack: Greek yogurt

Dinner: probably more soup and/or a protein smoothie
You can't go back and make a brand new start, but you can start from now and make a brand new end.

Early Coffee
Breakfast: 1/2 english muffin (double fiber) a smear of avocoado and slice tomato
Lunch: chicken patty with veggies
Dinner: Maybe a roast chicken with veggies

Snack Apple

Gym tonight... long day... zumba and additional cardio

L: Chinese stir fry with chicken and rice(bok choy,napa cabage,snap peas,mung beans, ginger,scallion, garlic,red onion,toasted sesame seeds, chicken,rice,sauce

D: turkey burger pattie, salad, fresh fruit,baked cheetos,

s: 100 calorie fudge bar

Breakfast - Just coffee...been in meeting all morning and didn't have time.

Lunch - Whole wheat Ritz Crackers - Turkey breast - and 1 slice of American Cheese

Dinner - Not sure...going out to dinner with clients...probably will order Chicken or Fish.

** I am trying to do a liquid diet but its completly optional right now.  I try to consume liquids for my first 2 meals and eat solids for dinner until I can go completely liquid**

Much calmer day today then yesterday, although it's raining here

B:  GNC Protein Shake; baby banana; 5 ounces skim milk

L:  Chicken and broccoli stirfry

S:  Greek yogurt/peach

D:  turkey meatballs w/ricotta cheese and marinara sauce

Hi everyone!

Early:  1.5 scoops BSN Lean Protein Dessert - Whipped Vanilla Creme flavor, 3/4c unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2T PB2, 2T SF Da Vinci Strawberry Syrup (my PB&J shake!)

B:
2 scrambled eggs, 1/4th of an avocado, 1/8c Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2T SF Buffalo Wing Sauce (don't judge lol - this is my version of ketchup), dollop of greek yogurt

S: n/a

L:
1c Fage 0% Greek Yogurt, 1T SF DaVinci Coconut Syrup & 1T SF Davinci Pineapple Syrup

S: 1/4th of a Joseph's Lavash Wrap baked til crispy & cut like chips, 1/4c homemade tzatziki sauce made with greek yogurt

D: Turkey Taco Salad...haven't made it in a while and it was SO good!

Dessert: 4 fresh strawberries, 1T SF Simple Syrup, squeeze of lemon juice (my son ate the rest of my protein ice cream last night *sigh* I need to make more today!)

1/2 protein drink

2 mile walk

Breakfast:  Rest of protein drink

Lunch:  pinto beans, and broccoli, onion, bacon, cheese salad

Curves Zumba

Snack:  Activia yogurt, and cheese stix

Dinner:  oven fried chicken, asparagas, red beans and rice

Snack: 1/4 cup lf granola with cocout milk (if needed)
