What I'm Eating Today - Tuesday!
Share today's menu with us! Everyone can join in, no matter what phase of eating you're in - liquids, mushies, solids, etc.
I am fighting something...I've had a terrible sore throat for the past 2 days, so my menu is pretty boring. Not only does it hurt to swallow, but I have almost no appetite.
Breakfast: Coffee, 1/2 protein shake w/ banana
Lunch: Homemade tomato soup
Snack: Greek yogurt
Dinner: probably more soup and/or a protein smoothie

** I am trying to do a liquid diet but its completly optional right now. I try to consume liquids for my first 2 meals and eat solids for dinner until I can go completely liquid**

Early: 1.5 scoops BSN Lean Protein Dessert - Whipped Vanilla Creme flavor, 3/4c unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2T PB2, 2T SF Da Vinci Strawberry Syrup (my PB&J shake!)
B: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/4th of an avocado, 1/8c Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2T SF Buffalo Wing Sauce (don't judge lol - this is my version of ketchup), dollop of greek yogurt

L: 1c Fage 0% Greek Yogurt, 1T SF DaVinci Coconut Syrup & 1T SF Davinci Pineapple Syrup
S: 1/4th of a Joseph's Lavash Wrap baked til crispy & cut like chips, 1/4c homemade tzatziki sauce made with greek yogurt
D: Turkey Taco Salad...haven't made it in a while and it was SO good!
Dessert: 4 fresh strawberries, 1T SF Simple Syrup, squeeze of lemon juice (my son ate the rest of my protein ice cream last night *sigh* I need to make more today!)

Snack: 1/4 cup lf granola with cocout milk (if needed)
