NSV - Happy Dance.. Oh Happy Dance
On clearance I bought a size 18 pair of jeans they didn't look big didn't have super stretch figured for $10 bucks.. I'll buy them... TOO BIG
I returned them I couldn't find 16 regular only 16 long and they looked huge.. so I bought the 14L and they fit.. insert happy dance... they fit they fit.. BUT dang my muffin top!! So i'm going to give them 1 month.. they zip they aren't tight but the emphasis the "my lifesaver" (that's what my mom calls it...bahahahaha)
Gosh if I was only 4 inches taller!! LOL .. anyhow regardless I'm through the moon size 14 jeans.. amazed!

Wow.. wish I could wear longs.. I wear short or even petite at times. I'm not that short, but my legs are.. lol
Congrats on the 14's!! I know exactly what you mean about the fit/don't fit thing. I don't have muffin top with my new 14's, but I do have sausage thighs. Just another week or two and they'll fit really well for both of us!!
(I've found that the type of belt that is woven, no holes required, is really handy while going down in sizes)

Isn't it weird how we keep reaching for the bigger sizes?? I do the same thing with my uniform shirts. I have one 3x left, I exchanged the rest for XL which now fit..yet, everyday I grab the big one..
