Need a fill in Plano/McKinney Tx area

Well, I had the lap band surgery performed in Mexico in 2006 and have only had one fill since then.  Needless to say, my weight loss surgery has had less than stellar results due to my inability to really commit to changing my relationship with food.  I am now ready to make the changes necessary to make my story a sucessful one and to live a healthier life.

All that being said, I am having difficulty finding a doctor who will give me a fill in my area since I had surgery in Mexico.  I live in McKinney, TX and am looking for some one within a 30 mile radius. 

Any suggestions?
