2 NSVs for me

I have lost about 19 pounds since beginning the journey a few weeks ago - 7.3 pounds in the last 6 days since surgery.

Today I was able to sit in an outdoor chair without getting stuck.

And in the past couple of days I have been able to reach all the 'nooks and crannies' around back after using the bathroom. No more humiliation of having to ask my husband to come clean me up. There is no way I can explain how grateful I am for the simple things.

congratulations Cat! Doesn't it feel so awesome to just be able to do the simple things that others do without ever thinking twice about?!

Keep up the great work! You are doing great. And congrats on having a wonderful hubby wh helps you when you need it. We ar two of the lucky ones.
