Including the walk from obesity on 4/16   :)   18 months ago, I walked it and was out of breath at the end.   This year I ran parts of it.  :)

I am so bad at letting you know. I forget. This week was 135. I am not working this week so I hope to get in way more.

Ugh...only got in 70 formal minutes of exercise. Had a five day revival at church, 3 baseball games, 4 practices, and worked all week. I feel like I've worked out a zillion minutes. Now I gotta play catch up again.
