Pre ob Diet
I am doing the liquid diet now. I bought a shake mix at GNC and vanilla in flavor. I make coffee drinks out of it. I take ice, 2 cups of coffee, and 2 scoops of protein mix and blend together. I drink 1/2 of it and put the other 1/2 in the freezer for later. I also drink one V-8 diet fusion around 10 AM for a snack. THen I drink my coffee protein shake again for lunch. For supper I can eat 3 oz of lean meat and 1/2 cup of veggies. I usually take 3 oz. of chicken and cook it with tomato, celery, and onion in the skillet. It is really good and pretty filling. I also have spinach leaves and use it for a salad.
