any one from Kaiser Richmond with any ideas

 my first sergeon visit on friday 4-22-11, i a have already lost like 10lbs on the pre-op direct given to me in Kaiser Richmond binder about 6weeks ago. I am now at 40.8 bmi. as of today. 3lbs more lbs and i am at 39 bmi, will i still be require to loose more weight before me schedule? 

I am Kaiser SSF and you just need to lose the amount that they tell you to lose.   Just don't gain or they will change the surgery date.  good luck!
