I really wish I liked the greek yogurt because it is healthier and generally has more protein, but if you are like me and don't like it, try the CARBsmart yogurt found at Kroger.  Taste great and has mimimal carbs.  I also like SF jello and pudding.

I really could not eat the Greek Yogurt either because i just did not like the taste.  I really wanted to like it because of the protein content.  So I took a teaspoon of light cool whip and mixed it in.  It made it almost like a parfait and it made it more then edible.  I also sometimes throw in a tablespoon or so of frozen berries and the juice from the berries makes it much better as well.
